Please note that Michael Davitt Advisory is not a healthcare, psychotherapy, counselling, medical, psychiatric or emergency-support service.

Video-conferencing platforms, where online sessions are held
Only information necessary for the operation of the business is retained.
7. Third-Party Service Providers
To operate the business, certain trusted third-party providers may process information on my behalf.
These may include services such as:
Squarespace, for website hosting
Acuity/Squarespace Scheduling, for appointment booking
Zoom or another agreed video platform, for online sessions
Stripe, PayPal or another payment processor, if used for payments
Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or another email/cloud provider, for communication and secure document storage
These providers are expected to comply with applicable data protection requirements.
8. International Transfers
Some third-party service providers may process or store personal information outside Ireland or the European Economic Area.
Where this occurs, appropriate safeguards are relied upon where required under applicable data protection law.
9. How Long Information Is Kept
Client records and brief session notes are generally retained for up to 12 months following the conclusion of the coaching relationship unless a longer retention period is required by law.
Financial and accounting records may be retained for longer periods where required by Irish tax or legal obligations.
Information submitted through contact forms or general enquiries will be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the enquiry and manage any resulting professional relationship.
When information is no longer required, it is securely deleted.

11. Clients Under 18
Michael Davitt Advisory primarily works with adults.
I do not knowingly provide coaching or advisory services to children under 18 without appropriate parental or guardian involvement and agreement.
